@ Guillermo Delgado: The Lord reminded me of one time when I asked God for a Word He gave me just one word.."Restore" and I spent the next three years meditating on its meaning to me. I received one word for you "Construction". I sense that this year, 2014, will be a year of rebuilding the foundation of your faith, getting rid of wrong teachings and learning God's way yourself thru reading His word and experiencing His grace. God gave me the impression that you really know how to enjoy life to the fullest and now additional freedom is under construction. Love, Jane

You came crying to Him saying, " I caught fish but they were so big I couldn't lift them to bring them to you. I'm no good at this, Lord!" Jesus laughed and said "Maybe you shouldn't be doing this. Maybe this type of Evangelism is not for you. Why not just be friendly with everyone I put in your life without any pressure to perform or add up numbers that impress. Just rest with me and be real. @ Hosea M. : The Lord led me to give you a scripture from the book Hosea Chapter 6 verse 6 "For I desired mercy and not sacrifice and the knowledge of God more than burn offerings." I have the impression that this is a year of you knowing God and his mercy that overcomes judgement and how different it is to worship Him not a lifeless idol. He is developing a hunger in you that will only be satisfied with more of Jesus and less of you. Do less this year in ministry but more reading the Bible and spending time in His presence. Love, Jane

ReplyDelete@ Tora: The Lord showed me a lot of pictures of drawings of dress designs and wardrobe combinations and and gave me the scripture "A garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness." I have the impression that God is calling you into the garment trade to possibly work for a big name designer like Ralph Loren or Calvin Klein. You may even be a model, I sense. A whole new world that needs the light of the world, Jesus, can be available to you. Pursue this path in 2014! Love, Jane

@ Holly: The Lord showed me a picture of a prickly holly leaf and I had the sense that you can have very prickly, hurtful speech sometimes when you are too blunt and then hurt people's feelings rather than encourage them. I believe this is the year to speak good things to those around you and, like David, encourage yourself in the Lord!

I don't know if your parents are elderly or have Alzheimer's but the Lord showed me a wheelchair and you visiting a elderly person and was reminded of a story I heard recently of a man who went to take coffee to visit with his wife every morning in a Nursing Home. People told him "She doesn't know who you are, why waste your time?" He answered "Because I know who she is!" I sense an increase of compassion in your heart and a new appreciation for all you do at your job resulting in promotions and honours which increases income.

Thank you, Jane. I have worked very hard in my current job for the past 13 years, but have received very little credit or appreciation. Also, an older friend shared with me today that she's been having dreams about being in a wheelchair. Perhaps this is her in the future. You mentioned my job and income. I was hoping to also get a word/picture about my health. I have been on several medications for many years. This is costly, even with insurance. I would like to be free from them, or at least have the amount reduced and my health restored.

ReplyDeleteI request a prayer picture for this month. I am open to anything you have from God to say to me. But I hope it will be an answer to what troubles me the most. It's that I can't tell if I'm connected to God. I haven't seemed connected for a long time. I'm afraid that my sinfulness has cut me off from God. I've been pursuing repenting to God but can't seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I wish I could know how God feels about me and if there's a reason why I have trouble giving my heart to Him and what He wants me to do.

@ A.P.S.: You are forgiven for every sin whether you feel it or not but I know from personal experience that getting prayed for in the Holy Spirit by some mighty men and women of God made a huge difference in my relationship with and awareness of God! @CF: The Lord showed me a very large vegetable garden that was thriving because you had taken such good care of it and worked very hard at doing the weeding, deadheading and feeding of it. You were feeling too tired now to reap the crop that was growing in abundance. I have the impression that this applies to several areas of your life, things you have worked very hard for but are now too tired out to enjoy the fruits of your labours. It is time for a refreshing! Get some good,uplifting praise music and let you heart be lifted up in praise, start praising and thanking Him for everything in a vigorous way,shake off that dullness and just have fun. @ Larry Corbin: The Lord wants you to have encounters with Him on a daily basis, not just a one-time conversation. Jesus wants to have a relationship with you which involves much more than just doing something or getting direction in life. He loves you and wants you to know Him and also to be empowered by the Holy Spirit. Come to Jesus every morning saying "I want to know you, Lord" and you will find such peace and joy in His presence. There is a good book written by Joy Dawson called "Prayer is Conversation with God." Probably on Amazon. Love, Jane

I have the impression that you have left behind old-fashioned evangelism (going out in the rowboat with a net) and now fly in airplanes and use the internet with attractive graphics as your net. At first I wondered if I was just sympathizing with my friends suffering in the cold northern winters but the God showed me that these objects symbolize who you are!!! You are a wonderful comforter to you friends! You have a warmth that comes straight from God. You never pretend to love people as God has given you the real thing to share. I sense that the Lord is, this year, wanting you to not only use that love to comfort others, but to pray for God to also to give that same love to others, even as their hearts are healing. ReplyDelete@ Chanika: I heard the Lord say "Don't hide your light under a bushel" and i recalled a girl I worked with that we prayed so much for a husband for her. She suddenly started wearing colourful clothing that was just slightly sexy like a blouse just slightly off the shoulder but modest ad very feminine and pretty skirts that were very feminine.First she got a boyfriend but he wanted her to leave her ministry after only a few months of dating, then God brought another man into her life almost immediately and they were married only a few months after meeting. So this is God's advice- dress in an enticing but modest way, fix up your hair and makeup then pray and wait for the right man to come! Love, Jane

At first I thought this was a word about Samson and his hair but the Lord corrected me saying "The red and white stripes are a reminder that by the stripes of Jesus we are healed." Whenever you or anyone you know is sick you can claim this scripture promise for healing and I sense that God has given you a healing gift that will be greatly used in 2014. Love, Jane

A wind came and blew most of it away but some of it landed at the feet of a poor mother with a baby and some of it in the lap of a person in a wheelchair. I sense that you must choose and be faithful in giving to charities or missions God wants you to give to rather than have money just flying out and about. DeleteThank you, Jane...I do have a profound need to fix that type of situation. I find myself weeping in frustration of not being in a position to do anything-yet. I never thought of compassion as a gift. Thank you Daddy Father for that gift. And yes, I have something that I did in childhood that I beat myself over and over about. I can't forget it I guess, and wonder how my sister and brothers would have been different. I have never forgiven myself for it. At my job, the Lord told me to put in my resignation, but from there I don't know what is going on. I am just walking by faith and doing what I know I should do apart from that.

I suddenly noticed that Jesus was the minister and was marrying both the bride and groom to Him! There are many children who long to be with a loving family, but the Lord showed me a picture of your life as a house with every room designated to busy, filled areas of your life. My husband committed adultery and I believe God was telling me to get a divorce because he will not change and I really believe God has someone better for me. Hi Jane, my brother and I are living with my parents and my brother is a very angry person. Three times he has threatened to kill me, He throws chairs and hits the walls. He has never actually touched me, but the other day he pulled out a knife because he said he felt something in his chest was going to explode if he didn't kill me. But he never tried. Should I be worried or is he just being dramatic? We're both on our 20s, . Is God saying there is demons in him or is he just a brat? He does not drink or do drugs, His name is Chase.
