What you see is what you get but the downside of this is that she often gets hurt by people who take advantage of her vulnerability." The Lord is teaching you a greater depth of forgiveness and understanding,with a compassionate heart, that hurting people hurt others. You will preach this with joy. Wow, Jane, Wow! This brought tears to my eyes, because Thursday (yesterday), this worship song came to mind, "Ask of me, and I will give the nations, as an inheritance for you, as an inheritance for you, my children." It popped into my head and I asked the Lord for the nations, and I haven't thought of that song for probably 15 years.
ReplyDeleteThis is right where I'm at, and probably have been all of my life, regarding transparency/vulnerability and hurting people hurt others. Actually, I said those very, exact words less than a week ago to some friends. I remember the Lord spoke that to my heart when I was in elementary school, which led to a beginning heart of compassion for others and not retaliating and/or learning to not hang on to grudges.
I've been asking to be filled more and more with the Holy Spirit almost every night in the past week. I've had a pastor provide a word of knowledge about 20 years ago about speaking before people.
All this to say, this word really speaks to me and is powerful to where I am...even to the fact that you might have been writing this when the song popped into my head Thursday about the nations.
If you have anymore leading on the U-Tube videos, that might be helpful, because I've never thought of that before. Is that to say that's how I might preach to the nations or possibly both in person--going to the nations--and using the U-Tube format? That was interesting.

@Anointed: The Lord showed me a picture of you in the woods in New England,USA. You were chopping up wood for fires in the fireplace for the Winter. It was hard work. You were exhausted. Nobody was there to help you but you knew it had to be done and at the end you could have a treat of maple syrup.

@Esther: Saw a picture of you setting up a picnic on the grass. You had set out a lovely red and white tablecloth and placed a wicker picnic basket full of salads & sandwiches on it.You were just about to receive your invited guests when ants began swarming all over the food, then bees began buzzing around smelling the sweet desserts.You were having an awful time fighting them off. The Lord spoke to you saying "Didn't I tell you to bring a tent to have a picnic in this area?" I sense the Lord has a ministry involved with feeding people, not necessarily in your homeland, for you but you must listen closely to Him and obey everything He tells you to do.Let me know if this speaks to you. You were holing a tourist brochure and, as you looked through it for the next destination, the Lord said "You are a tour guide of the Holy Spirit. You will take people to places they have never been before in the spirit. You will show them the beauties of God and the secret places of the most high God. You have studied a great deal before you got here & now that knowlege will bless others." Make a way for Sheila to be used this way Lord.A man once told me he also had been called to this. In the midst of your crying out to God the doorbell rang and a friend arrived with her baby. Such a sweet child who reached out to be snuggled, have her face washed, her nose cleaned,who was moved from place to place with total trust.uddenly the Lord showed you how to trust Him...like a baby, totally dependent!
ReplyDelete@Joe: The Lord showed me a little movie of you taking your dog for a walk to the park. He was a Jack Russell, or similar breed & colour, and was very lively. As you sat on the park bench you noticed the design of the children's gym sets: the slides, the hanging bars, the metal they were made of that was rusting and peeling. You realized you were always re-designing things, finding ways stuff could be made better even in your own kitchen. I sensed the Lord was saying that you should get training in this area, possibly an engineering degree. The knowledge comes so naturally, it would be a wonderful blessing.Grants & scholarships are available for retraining. Let me know if this is meaningful to you, please.

A large globe was on a stand to your right. It was covered with dust, looking more like decor than a tool of intercession.You have been given the gift of time to spend with God. I believe He wants you to draw close to Him by reading His word, letting it speak to you each day then spend time with Him & go out empowered. Begin asking Him for nations and global situations to pray for as well as reaching out locally. @Swallow: Possibly because of your screen name "Swallow" the Lord showed me a swallow flying joyously around and landing on tree boughs. I was reminded of the old song "When The Swallows Come back to Capistrano". I saw the Mission at Capistrano, California and saw you sitting at a picnic table with a dark haired man sharing revelation from the Bible. This may be the man that you have been praying about to be your husband.I sensed a strong Spanish influence & see you both involved in Ministry to Spanish people where you may bring thousands to Christ & arrange to disciple them. Yes, marry him! You are gifts to each other from God.

ReplyDeleteI saw you with a heart full of glowing love standing next to a woman whose heart was shielded by grey cement. She had been horribly hurt by men she trusted and had built this shield as means of protection. I sense as a wife she would be a constant prayer challenge although you can have many enjoyable times together. Jane, thank you for getting back to me. I've been praying and seeking God's direction over what you have said. I do agree that my heart is full of glowing love, all to thepraise of God. However, it seems to me that the woman you described fits my previous girlfriend, who was hurt by men, and did try to commit suicide. I don't believe the description of grey cement describes the woman I mentioned above. I will keep an open heart and prayerfully seek to know God's truth. It barked a lot as it wanted to go into the cafe where it looked like people we enjoying themselves and there may be some yummy goodies but was not allowed to enter in. I sensed that this is how you are feeling ...restricted & unable to go wherever you want because of the responsibilities of a disable child.Growling & complaining loudly does not help. I believe God wants you to use this time to listen to teaching on healing & intimacy with God.He has a great deal to say to you at this time & you will be so blessed following His guidance. Suddenly a strong wind of the Spirit blew right into the corner where you were hidden away. I was reminded of Ezekiel asking for God to send a wind to blow on the dry bones and bring life. @CB: I saw you and your husband in an apple orchard, picking apples. There was a great abundance. The Lord said "The harvest doesn't last all year.There are times to sow and times to reap. For everything there is a season." (as in Ecclesiastes).I sensed that you have been feeling a longing for the times when the harvest of souls was abundant but I believe the Lord is saying to you today "There are other things to do in the off-season, fertilize the trees,plant more trees, do pruning, pray for an excellent harvest." @PA: I saw you working in a huge Bank. You walked across the marble floors, with beautiful triangular designs inlaid with mosaics, coral, blue & grey coloured.You walked with a confidence God had built into you. You went into a labyrinth of hallways that led to the Vault that had a huge lock on it. You knew the combination as you opened the heavy door the Lord led you to stacks of gold bricks. I noticed the top of each one contained a scripture to help someone out of financial difficulty.I believe in these times of financial stress your gift of financial knowledge will help many people who are at their wit`s end, even those who work in Brokerage & the banking business itself.Bless you!

@Tina: At first I saw you standing beside a baby's crib then you picked up the baby with such love and affection, The Lord then opened up a picture of you wearing a construction worker's tool-belt & I wondered how these two pictures fit together. I had the impression that you are in the ministry of equipping young Christians with the skills they need to survive in a dark and cruel world and giving them a great deal of love at the same time. He has forever ruined our lives with revival. Yes, we did receive impartation from the "corn field revival" at Smithton, MO back in 1998. Since then, our lives have never been the same. We were hoping that the Lord would show or tell you something, as we are seeking Him for some answers, but seem to be hitting a wall. If He gives you anything else, please let you know. ReplyDeleteDear Jane, we wanted to follow up on our last post, since we hadn't heard from you yet. My wife & I are revivalist pastors that usher in the presence of God. Our ministry is not "typical church", but our services are purely revival, manifesting the tangible glory of God & lives being changed. But for the last 3 years, we have been in a "wilderness", as He has not opened the doors He promised He would open & no matter how much we pray, we don't know what is wrong or what we are suppose to do. ReplyDelete@Wendy: The Lord showed me a huge garden that had become full of weeds. The more you and your friends tried to pull them up the more they grew as you had planted so many seeds there they were somehow thriving among the weeds. The next picture I saw was a lovely patio at the side & back of your house. The Lord had told you to scale down and just concentrate on about 6 large planters that sat on the patio. Some did not even have flowers...one was a boxwood trained to climb a small trellis! The flowers were beautiful and healthy and you only had to do a little deadheading & feeding to make them thrive.You were becoming an expert in small container gardening...a totally new field for you.I saw stacks of books on container gardening and you had found a new passion that revitalized you. From Wendy: Yes, this very much speaks to me, on a natural as well as spiritual level. We DID downsize our home just over a year ago, as we are empty nesters.
ReplyDeleteOur new home has a side entrance,very beautiful with lots of lush plantings and the back yard is on a nature preserve, with a large deck overlooking it. The deck does have a few (5-6) containers that are now all the gardening I do (can't plant veggies in a nature preserve!)Since gardening has always been a passion, this has taken some adjusting to.
On the spiritual level, we do have a lot of "weeds" in our area of ministry, hard hearts, stony ground, strongholds, seeing little fruit. We have recently begun small groups in our home of those who are spiritually hungry, desire intimate spiritual relationships and are teachable. These small groups have become the healthiest part of our ministry, with deliverances occuring....but it is very small, and we are still dealing with the difficulties in the ministry at large....it is helpful to get another "take" on the situation. So appreciate your thoughtfulness, and the gift of your time. Please post any other thoughts, there are so few I can share with freely. This was a drink of cool water, thank-you.

@Anto: Would you believe the Lord wants to baby you before you have a baby? I believe the Lord is leading you into a time of intimacy with Him, giving you a sense of His love that you can pass onto everyone you meet. You never had this love as a baby and were often rejected growing up. Do some research on the Orphan Spirit to allow God to bring healing and maturity. Let me know if this speaks to you,please.

You were looking at proofs of a book with a blond-haired woman. You felt deeply that parts you had written revealed far too much personal information & were torn as to whether to remove it or not. You said "God, how am I supposed to know which way to go? I need direction. It's all sand out here." "Keep moving forward & you will see signposts telling you where you are and how many miles ahead the next stop is. Open your Bible to get direction. I will even name the cities for you. This is all very new for you but you are learning to trust the Almighty." "Once you have reached your destination you can teach others & share your experiences but you must go through this now." Hi Jane, after 7 years of being together and being engaged for 4 months, things ended between my fiance Ryan and I.
ReplyDeleteOver the 7 years we've been together the Lord has shown me that Ryan is my husband and that we have a calling to work together in the ministry, as husband and wife. At the time when we got engaged and started planning our wedding, the date we chose, 10 December 2011, was book. I prayed and asked the Lord if this is the date Ryan and I are to get married then God willing He will let things fall into place accordingly. About a week later the lady from the venue phoned to tell me that the venue was available if we were interested. I was over the moon and week booked the venue.
I believe that the Lord lead me to end things so that both Ryan and I can restore our lives in Christ and then start afresh our relationship with God as our rock and foundation. Ryan has lost sight of the Lord and needs spiritual deliverance andto come to salvation again. Shortly after our relationship ended I was lying sleeping, Ryan was out of town. I heared an voice, it was Ryan's voice saying: Liesel I love you, I'm coming back. I had earlier that day prayed that the Lord would please give me a sign that he will bring us back together again. I believe this was the Lord's way of answering my prayer. In my spirit I know we are meant to be together. What the Lord has also told me is that he has seperated us so that Ryan can work through everything that's going on inside of his and so that he can come to deliverance and salvation, before we can start our relationship again and that He is going to restore our relationship to something better than before.
I need a prophetic word from the Lord to confirm whether I'm hearing the Lord correctly.

ReplyDeleteJane, all of these requests and all of your comments, God has certainly used you. I am Lil, 57, and divorced for over 18 years. My father was a minister, my mother was very jealous of me and abused me physically (not sexually) and emotionally. God filled me with the Holy Spirit at age 9.. I married, then he backslid and I divorced in 1994. Counseled with a Christian Psycologist and Pastor for about 5 years, God healed me. I lost a sister to drug overdose in 1989, Father died in 92, brother in 2000, another brother brutally murdered in Wyoming in 2007, sister died from years of alcoholism in 2009, mother died in 2010.
ReplyDeleteGod has given me such an annointing in the place of ministering and singing to women's groups, edifying and uplifting, telling them My story and other stories of my living in Dallas for 8 years where God really showed himself to me. It was truly my Egypt. In seeking a wonderful man in my life, I seem to get distracted and to men who are not nice to me. I want to know God's direction, can we mess up God's plans for our lives? I recently and currently am in a relationship with a man 63, grew up in the World Wide Church but says he wants to find a church here in Tahoe...saw alot of bad things growing up, abused physically also as a child by grandparents.. He wants to get married, but I am just having difficulty feeling Love? He is possessive and jealous when it comes to me hugging or shaking men's hands and also I have to be careful of what I wear. He is very overly old fashioned. Being single, I found out I like me and I want God's best...I want his touch on my life again and want to be in a church where I can minister again. His annointing just falls on me so powerfully. I don't want to live with a man or live in an adulterous situation. I do however want God's direction .... So I am praying, do i move back home near my children and grandchildren, leave this relationship of a very jealous and insecure person..Last night, he said he didn't like me harmonizing with anyone or sharing their mic, I need to have my own or I can't sing? I always leave the relationship when it is tough as I argued enough in my first marriage. I am praying on my own today to intercede for God's wisdom. ReplyDeleteIt's awesome when we have interceders...but remember it's that still small voice and God wants us to communicate with him also..He knows our address and can and WILL speak to each one of us if we just sit at his feet and pray...even if it is in the middle of the night..getting alone with God...he really does speak and we can hear with our spirit. Thank God for Jane who sees prophetic ministry in pictures and scenes. Love ya Jane

ReplyDelete@Lil: The Lord showed me a Maine (USA) lobster being taken out of a Lobster Trap and being put into a large potful of boiling water on a stove. It was far more beautiful after being in the hot water than it was before, while it was in the trap. I sense that you have been in "Hot Water" many times but, because you have humbled yourself and sought God's answers you have become a very beautiful person, you may even have dyed your hair and have red hair now just like the lobster.Keep going! Evildoers meddling, cause my daughter and her kids to fight; I feel stuck in a bad place and can't do much for myself because these people interfere wih my working outside the home, and other things. What does God say about this? Please pray for the kids, that they become saved. God bless your ministry.

ReplyDeleteI need a prophetic word about my husband. My parents have started looking for a suitable life partner after my consent, although in my heart I feel I am not ready for marriage. My mom has cancer and her health is detoriating which is why I agreed to marriage. My family is not yet saved. I seem to like a person in my heart who is a great worshipper and lover of the Lord and I don't think he knows it. I really desire to be married to him only if it is the Lord's will and if he opens doors for me, not otherwise. however, they have found a profile for me and are waiting for me to say yes and now I am confused. How do I know the Lord's will concerning my marriage? please enquire of the Lord about my husband.Also pray for my entire family's salvation.

I recently met someone and for the first realtime in mylife I know he is the one but something has changed between us and I cant see what it is we haven't spoken much over the last couple of weeks and this morning I thought I heard the Lord say he will call at 7pm ... I just want to know what this is as I have started to doubt myself and my ministry behind this hurt I have been feeling
