Breathing

"He is the air I breathe!" is not just a worship song title but a way to feel good all over! At TACF/CTF the Holy Spirit told many of us to  breathe a certain way. (Continued in the Comments).

  1. Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship is now called Catch The Fire Ministries, where I serve on the Prophetic and several other Ministry Teams. Many of us were told by the Holy Spirit during Revival to, when we prayed for people to "Breathe in Jesus & Breathe out evil" and to practice it ourselves, not in a yogic way,to help us think more clearly, sleep better, have more peace and hear the lord better. Taking deep breaths from the abdomen up, rather than shallow chest breathing, while focusing on His breath entering and evil leaving, made a wonderful difference in many of our lives. Please Comment if you find improvements from breathing this way. Love, Jane

  3. @Brenda Bartlett: The Lord told me that His people need more oxygen. Many problems result from shallow breathing. Just breathe from your abdomen deeply, not just from your lungs. When you breathe in think "Breathe in Jesus." When you breathe out confess "Breathe out evil." Try to do this about 15 times twice a day. Be blessed. He is the air I breathe!Love, Jane
