The Lord showed me a rose unfolding very slowly. He said "Your life unfolds like a rose. As you stare at it nothing seems to happen but after a few days it has unfolded to the full extent of its beauty and fragrance fills the air."

Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship is now called Catch The Fire Ministries, where I serve on the Prophetic and several other Ministry Teams. Many of us were told by the Holy Spirit during Revival to, when we prayed for people to "Breathe in Jesus & Breathe out evil" and to practice it ourselves, not in a yogic way,to help us think more clearly, sleep better,have more peace and hear the lord better. Taking deep breaths from the abdomen up, rather than shallow chest breathing, while focusing on His breath entering and evil leaving, made a wonderful difference in many of our lives.
