Delete@Gina: You may not call it prophecy but you have been given inaccurate spiritual advice at times in your life. The Lord just wants you to seek after the real truth of His love, His character, His ways and for you to be real with Him. You are his real flower and His life is like living in a beautiful garden. Make 2013 the year that you use the word of God, from the Bible, to obtain health and all the blessings you need and to grow closer in a relationship with Jesus.

@JPK: The Lord showed me a picture of you on a high diving board, just about to dive into a swimming pool. I heard Him desperately calling to you, " Do not dive! The water is not nearly deep enough! You will hurt yourself very badly!" Another picture opened up showing you walking beside a stream that ran through the woods.I thought of the 23rd Psalm: "He leads me beside still waters, He restores my soul. Goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life...". I believe 2013 will be a year of going deeper in your relationship with God,diving into His word for deeper revelation, a new focus to your ministry that is Spirit-led not people-led. The vision God will give you, in fullness, will draw support for all of the ministry and personal needs required. Rest up now, a busy year is ahead!

@ Avril ZS: The Lord showed me a picture of two things to eat, on plates, side by side on a table. One plate had colourful Gumdrop candies and the other had stick of celery. Interpretation: Gumdrops are delicious but if you eat them too often they will cause cavities in your teeth. Celery is harder to eat, you have to thoroughly wash it and take the strings out but it will be healthier for your teeth and body. I sense that God is asking you to choose not the most pleasant way of life but His way that will give you a far richer, full life. "The blessing of the Lord adds no sorrow with it." Don't jump at every opportunity that looks and sounds good but truly seek God's will and way. Choose the healthy things and you will be blessed.

@Grace: It's a good thing we don't go by our feelings but by who God says we are! In all these things we are more than conquerers thru Him who loves us! The Lord showed me a picture of a Banquet Table with a starched white table cloth. Other people had been to the Banquet Table and eaten heartily but you were down on the ground picking up the crumbs off the floor. I have the impression that God wants you to stand up, proud of who He is and what He has done in your life. Stand up in faith, in the power and name of Jesus, and eat from the Banquet He has provided for you.Don't be overwhelmed! When sinking thoughts come say "No. I am an overcomer. I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me!" Remember the Banqueting Table and who has invited you!

@messengers of grace: The Lord showed me a picture of an eagle, flying very high, near some mountains, in a storm that made everything so dark that the eagle could not see where it was going, but just kept flying until the sun shone to make the way clear. Interpretation: I have the impression that God has given you some hints about ministry but not the full direction & no new doors have opened as yet but he wants you to keep going in the way you are going, at a high level of righteousness, until the windows of Heaven open to anoint you for the job God has created for you. This should take place within the next 2 years. Thank you Father! Let me know if this speaks to you please.

@Me'ira: The Lord showed me a Patchwork Quilt being sewn together. There were little pieces of fabric in piles on a table. Interpretation: The Lord is taking the many interests and talents you have plus your experiences, emotions and desires and forming them into one large quilt to make you a comfort to many people who are experiencing the hurtful things you have been thru and healed from. I'm reminded of the song lyrics "Lord I give you my heart...everything I've been thru use it for your glory." being stitched together may hurt a bit but you will be so warm and beautiful and thankful.

Hi Jane, This is Jo Ann, please pray for me, I need a fianancial blessing to drive to Louisiana to visit my elderly parents, I suppose to be leaving this Saturday December 8, but I donot have enough funds to go. my mom is in the nursing home and my 86 year old dad is at home. I really wants to see them. This job that I have is stressing me out. Is there a future for me and this man? Is there really marriage in the making? He believe there is a God, will he give his life to God? Pray for my son and his girlfriend or wife to be just had triplets, their first child just turn two just last Friday. He need a better paying job. May the Good Lord Bless you.

@Jane: Nice name! The Lord showed me a progression of pictures: fist you as a child riding a pink kiddy car,then riding a tricycle, then riding a 12 speed bike uphill to school. My impression is that, like the title of Dietrich Bonhoffer's book, "With Christ In The School of Discipleship", you have been taught by the Lord without even realizing it. The fact that you are going uphill to school means that you have risen to a higher level in the Kingdom of God. God is leading and guiding you so keep reading your Bible as "His word is a lamp unto my feet." As for a church usually an Assemblies of God, a Vineyard Church or a Ministry like IHop are good places for fellowship, prayer and praise & worship. Your calling will become known as you continue growing in relationship with Jesus. It took me over 30 years to fully operated in this prophetic gift! Let me assure you, you are going n the right direction. God is with you! Keep being desperate for Him !

I have written my first book and it hasnt sold for a year and a half, and i have just finished a film script and need to find someone to submit it to. My parents and I are also praying for a husband for me, according to a minister, i was meant to be married along time ago. There appears to have been something delaying on purpose. Also I have been believing and begging God to remove the person from my home who violently assaulted me earlier this year, and she is still here. I do not want another violent attack from her, and feel unsafe with her in our home. Would you tell me what the Lord has in store, and also pray for her speedy removal, and an end to her violence and dominance? Please?

@ Sad and broken hearted: I have the impression God is saying "Some things need to be accepted just to keep peace but for other things we need to use spiritual warfare!" The book, the film script, the marriage, and the violent woman all need you to get in there and fight using the word of God, the name of Jesus and blood of Jesus! "His weapons are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds." Get a copy of Writer's Market to find some credible places to sell your film script, ask God for new sales locations for the book (maybe some small local Bookstores); talk to guys at church & get friends to help pray in a husband, binding every stoppage to marriage. If that violent woman attacks you again rebuke her in the name of Jesus, in fact do that now and call the Police if you are harmed! You need Intercessors! If your church has a Bible Study or Cell Group join it!

I did call the police over the attack that happened, unfortunately, they didn't press charges, but she hasn't attacked since then, but threatens to harm others. Also, a pastor prayed for the force to be stopped, that was preventing me being married.I do need intercessors, so am hoping to find some.You know how you said some things need to be accepted? What are those? And also, would you please pray that the dominance and bullying is stopped in my home once and for all? I agree for breakthrough!

@ NM: I am reminded me of a poster I saw that had a picture of a sailboat in rough seas that said "A calm sea will never make a sailor." I pray that God will strengthen you and grow your faith in this time. The Lord showed me a picture of you getting gas at a gas station in a terrible thunderstorm. Interpretation: When you are in a turbulent time of life you need to keep your spiritual gas tank filled by reading the Bible, praying in the Spirit and seeking God (going to the Gas Station). Your vehicle is your ministry or way God is directing you. You are doing fine! You will appreciate the lessons you are learning a lot more later on in your life.

Some horses were making noises and anxiously pacing in their stalls but one horse was very calm and confident, the one that symbolized you.
DeleteThe time you are quietly spending with God now, receiving His love, His teaching and His promises is preparing you to do His work and to receive a strong anointing. Remember, prayer is a conversation with God, a 2-way thing, so you must share your heart with Him too, not just sit waiting for Him to say something!

@Bronwyn: The Lord showed me a picture of waves quietly advancing and receding from the shore of a warm country, bringing in a lot of debris each time. When I looked up higher on the land I saw terrible devastation from a bad tropical storm. Houses were destroyed, vehicles were turned upside down and children cried for their Mommies lost in the storm. I believe it was the Philippines and you were somehow involved in disaster relief. You were sorting clothing and had lists of children's names and seemed to have an important job in a ministry. I can't discern whether this is a career direction for you or if you are called to be an Intercessor for the Philippines. Please let me know if this speaks to you.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Judith. I ask as to why I have attracted bullying and harassment almost all of my life. I am harassed in my place of work and feel tired of this in my life. I always try my best to defend myself and pray but the pattern continues. There are changes coming up at work and I wonder if I should seek a transfer as i am starting to feel depressed. I enjoy writing and being creative and use this to escape.
@Judith: You must learn to place your confidence in the Lord! Our confidence must be in Him and from Him. Pray that the Lord will give you an assurance that he is there, always leading and guiding you. And remember to be a God-pleaser not a man-pleaser! Stop defending yourself and let God do it! Sometimes moving to a different location helps to break off territorial spirits. I have known some people to be set free of certain oppressive spirits when they crossed the ocean to go to another country. You could write about this! Read your Bible every day and get prayer at a Holy Spirit-filled church!

Delete@Sirisha: God showed me a church that was being attacked by evil men but God had given you a place to hide, to save your life, that was hidden under the floor of the church. Part of the floor could be lifted up to reveal a room under the floor as a hiding place. In other words God is your hiding place. You may be blessed by reading the book written by Corrie Ten Boom called The Hiding Place.

God showed me a picture of you walking on a dusty, unpaved road, with Jesus walking beside you. It reminded me of the New Testament story of the Good Samaritan. You are willing to pray for anyone who is hurting. The Lord points the most needy out to you and they are helped. Their position in the culture does not matter to you, both the rich and the poor need to hear the truth spoken by Jesus.Stay filled with the Holy Spirit and think more about Jesus than the anointing!

Interpretation: This is the River of Life! God wants you to drink it not just to see what it looks like! He wants you to hunger and thirst after righteousness! @Tina, jesus beloved joyy: The Lord showed me a dark, rich Christmas Cake wrapped in clear, crisp, cellophane wrapping paper tied with a big red bow. Interpretation: The Lord is showing you things very clearly. You can see through the wrapping (motives, hidden agendas, lies) that people may try to use to protect themselves but you see them in Love, truly trying to help them. The Christmas Cake is made up many ingredients, all working together to make it delicious. "Oh, taste and see the Lord is good." The red bow symbolizes our salvation, tied in 3 parts (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) and must be red for Christ's sacrifice. I foresee a year of deepening relationship with the Lord and expansion of ministry! You are blessed!

She had new house built years later and she is dead now, but that was how she lived years ago. In my dreams I keep dreaming that I'm there and I always wind up there no matter where I start off at. Another thing is I would like to move from this area to another city, but my family keeps me here, and one person in particular says its Gods will for me to stay here. What is God showing you

@Stanley S.: Normally when we dream of a house it is a symbol of ourselves, who we are. To dream of an old,decrepit house, I believe shows your unsaved self, the shabby old parts that no longer pertain to you as you are a new creation in Christ Jesus. I also have the impression that your Grandmother may have had some spiritual strongholds in her life that you need to pray off by giving any effect on your life to Jesus. There may be some generational curses that go back centuries (like relatives who were Masons etc.)that you need to break off in Jesus name. Get prayer to help remove these from your life so that you can have all the fullness of joy the Lord wants you to have. Praying that God will release you to move to another city if it is His will.

ReplyDelete@Prasanth: You are stuck between a rock and a hard place! A Christian forced to marry a unbeliever in an arranged marriage requires a lot of prayer. You sound like you are worrying too much. Can you actually stop the marriage? My impression is that if you do marry her the Lord will work things out for you. She may be won over to receive Christ as her savior as a result of your prayers and godly love and behaviour. God will use you for His glory whether or not you marry this girl. his plans for you are for good and not for evil to give you a future & a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).I sense a beautiful marriage and children to bless your life!

@ Patience: I believe you should go to a charismatic church where you could have hands laid on you to receive this gift of the Holy Spirit. Look for a Vineyard Church or an Assemblies of God Church. I recall the process took about a year for me to first of all have the deep desire to receive, hunting around for the right church, being led to take Discipleship Training (a DTS) at Youth With A Mission then receiving prayer at a Church while on an Outreach. Actually just before that I woke up one morning with God saying "Eloihim", a name I had never heard of that had such a sweet beauty to it, then a few days later got the fullness. I was so excited! Fill her up Lord!

Ms. Jane, I would appreciate any insight that you may bestow upon me. I have many conflicting issues about a male friend in my life. I'm also having a hard time dealing with holidays because of the loneliness that is around me. I feel like the good times are headed my way but they seem so far away. @Veronica: The best way to get over loneliness is to be a blessing to someone with more needs than you have!Christmas offers many opportunities to give at Homeless Shelters, Abused Women's Shelters, or closer to home to make some Christmas cookies & give them to an elderly neighbour, to give a toy to a poor child, on & on. Ask God where the needs are and go get blessed by giving. What is your male friend doing for Christmas? Maybe you could volunteer together. The Lord showed me a picture of you sorting women's clothing in a church basement & being so happy. "Give and it shall be given unto you!"

You were dead on about my feelings toward moving back into this house. I was extraordinarily reluctant to do so and your words, helped me ease into the transition with hope. (very bizarre and strange behavior with someone here) Due to the recurrence of things, my hope is fading and its a struggle. Other things are pressuring me at the same time. Combine it all together and I am feeling lonelier than ever and almost as if im being punished left and right.

@Amanda Renee: Start running around the house praising Jesus and the demons will flee again! They hate praising the name of Jesus! Play Christian music on you i Pod, smart-phone etc. to help build up your spirit. Say "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus!" right to the person's face & a peace that passes understanding will come. The Lord reminded me of the scripture that says "You are the head and not the tail!" "Blessed are you when men speak against you". God is teaching you to stand strong in your identity in Christ. "Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might." Think about these scriptures many times a day until you know that even if you are punished you are loved and blessed & the Lord is protecting you & you can be joyful.

I have something in my life that has been looming and as I pray and seek the Lord I feel him reassuring me to "wait on Him" Seems every book I read lately or every sermon I listen to on my ipod seems to have the same theme, waiting on God. ReplyDelete@Rescue: In my own experience with God if you don't get a specific word or direction just do whatever you sense is the best thing that's not sin. If it's the wrong move He certainly will correct you! One time my husband & I were just about to leave for a vacation in Florida. The Lord woke him in the night with a nightmare about something happening in Florida. He said "Lord, it seems we're not supposed to go to Florida, where should we go?" "Lindale", God answered. In the morning my husband asked me if I had ever heard of Lindale. We prayed for about 2 weeks when I felt led to look at old Keith Green tapes and on the back of one it said "Lindale, Texas!" We closed up the house and left the next morning! What an amazing, anointed time! So trust Him and just make a move. I pray a blessing on His direction for you!

God has given you a beautiful heart of compassion for the downtrodden & also an awareness that many people are unjustly charged and punished when there is no proven reasonable doubt. DeleteI'm a former YWAM DTS student, just spent six months in Europe and traveled to nine countries doing missions, working with a lot of gypsies in Romania, etc. What a wonderfully eye-opening experience that was. God did amazing things. I'm looking forward to this year, that I really believe to be an "establishing" year of new things.

I have a dream that is reoccurring over the last few years, I'm the age I am now but for some reason I go back to high school, it's my old school but it is vastly different, it is much much larger. I do attend some classes in my dream, but most of my dream is spent trying to get somewhere but the place is so huge im typically lost or the journey seems to take the whole dream. @ Faith: The imagery of the School and the Journey are both definite Christian symbols. The School is the place where you learn and the fact is is a high School means that you are on a much higher level spiritually,than when you were young, taught by the Holy Spirit. The Kingdom of God is huge, there are many difficult concepts to learn and apply in our lives, for instance the meaning of God's Grace. The place you are trying to get to is, ultimately, Heaven. Your dream reminded me of the book Pilgrim's Progress, it may be a blessing for you to read it and also the book "Hind's Feet In High Places". You are on a spiritual journey, in the world but not of it, being taught, being changed, serving God and learning love. The dream is just a statement of where you are now and the struggles of going forward with God. A very good dream!

DeleteThe Lord showed me a picture of you driving a Jeep, with a friend in the Passenger seat, with the roof off, enjoying the sun & wind blowing thru your hair, when suddenly you realized a huge turtle was crossing the road verrrrrry slowlyyyy. You waited and waited and waited some more. You tried not to be impatient but just wanted to get going! You knew if you ran over the huge, ancient turtle it would slow you down even more. Interpretation: I believe the Lord has you in a holding mode to teach you trust Him more. You know if you run ahead and get another, higher paying job, that you may kill any chances of receiving the ministry or career or studies God has planned for you. The ancient, huge turtle is symbolic of the Ancient of Days, who appears to be moving slowly but, as in the fable of the Tortoise and the Hare, he wins the race. The two words for you now are Trust and Wait.

DeleteThe Lord showed me a picture of a Hen House full of chickens . You were gathering eggs in a basket to feed your family and the poor around you. An egg is a wonderful thing- you can fry it to eat for Breakfast or make a cake, you can let it grow into a chicken, you can use the shells to help nourish your garden soil, and more. I have the impression that the many uses of an egg also applies to Scripture God gives you- it can be applied to you & your circumstances and to each person you meet to encourage them, to feed them, and more. God will take that little egg and multiply it greatly for the Kingdom Of God. While typing this I had the impression you should contact World Vision to invite them to visit &partner with your ministry - www.worldvision.com Also Bill Johnson of Bethel Church in California, USA has written some excellent books & articles on the Kingdom of God that may bless you.

@ Isabelle: The Lord showed me a gigantic Pizza. You had to get a huge one because there were so many hungry people around you and they had to be fed. You felt a heavy sense of responsibility to feed them and they were expecting to eat something delicious. When night came you and some helpers had to search everywhere to find a cover to store the Pizza for the next day and by the time you finished you were exhausted. As you lay down, trying to sleep, the word of the Lord came to you."Why don't you do what Jesus did, get a piece of Pizza, lift it to Heaven and ask that it be multiplied to feed the crowd gathered there. You would not have to store it overnight & there would be no struggle." I believe this is a picture to encourage you to greater faith in the miraculous works of God. Go for it to solve your current difficulties, even financial ones.

@Mustang: I believe I know about being discouraged & warned about making drastic career changes! When I quit my job in TV Film Production at the CBC to take a DTS at YWAM then stay to be Manager of the Bookstore afterwards my parents were so upset! If God is calling you to Ministry go for it no matter what anyone says. It may not be logical in a fleshly way but God's way will bring many more rewards. The Lord showed me a picture of two meanings of the word Mustang. One is a collectible car, the other was a wild horse, a Mustang. You are more like the former, you like the design & detail of the engine & operation of the Mustang & its jazzy looks but you may work with troubled teens who are more like wild mustangs who need to be trained in the ways of the Lord, possibly at a Ministry like Teen Mania in Garden Valley, Texas,USA. Let me know if this speaks to you,please.

DeleteBut, my career change is not even remotely into "ministry," the way it is usually considered. I am contemplating a career change into the field of criminal justice and intelligence analysis. I believe the Lord wants me to invest in that field.
About troubled teens...I have never even considered that option before! By the way, "Mustang" is just a call name for me, and I have never attached any special significance to it before. Also, I am from India, and not the States. So...I am not sure how the part about ministry and teens applies to me.
But, I think I need to ask God about the collectible car and the wild horse.
Anyway, thank you for your time, and I hope the Lord continues to use you to reach out to others.

@Mustang: There are many teenagers, some like wild mustangs in the Criminal Justice area God has called you to. They are worldwide, not only in the US or India. I believe the Teen Mania God referred to was actually about teens and 20 year olds who are fanatics about certain legalistic ideas. Finally, everything we do is ministry if we are Christians.

Of course, you can imagine she was having great difficulty walking! Interpretation: I believe God wants you to have a consistency in your life- to not be unequally yoked in a relationship with an unbeliever; not to do any kind of meditation other than Christ-centered; to watch TV or Moves that are unclean. This is the will of God for you, especially in 2013.

@DJ: I saw you leading a group of children through the doorway of a School. My impression was that your Administrative and creative skills would be better used working for an already established mission or orphanage. I saw some of the children who started with you at a College Graduation Ceremony. You were so proud of them and you wept to see such a reward for your work, which means this is a long-lasting, deeply satisfying work that God has chosen for you. You will read scripture that will guide you and the Lord will put people in your path to help you accomplish this vision.

The Lord showed me a picture of you walking in a forest in the winter in snow almost up to your knees. It was cold & it was difficult for you to keep walking forward but you were determined to move ahead because God had asked you to. Suddenly Jesus appeared in front of you with a toboggan. "Get on it," He said, "this will be a much easier way for you to go." I believe as you keep trusting the guidance you get from God, no matter how hard it is, Jesus will find a way to bless you!

I have the impression that God has given you a large measure of compassion and love and He has also given you a nurturing spirit to help others grow in the love of the Lord. The Lord will provide all your needs in every area of your life. What you are doing is ministry but not in a big way in a big church or ministry, it is more centred at home & with your neighbours but still very important to God.

The Lord showed me pictures of you, as a child & teenager, being very depressed & feeling as if you never measured up to people's expectations but when you made a decision to give your life to Jesus & to just do His will, to be a God-pleaser not a man-pleaser, that huge burden lifted off you. The Lord showed me some very interestingly designed houses & I had the impression you may be married to an architect or be one yourself. Some of them were on high hills.There was a sort of Mediterranean feel about them. 2013 will be a year of blessing for you with a fresh new look at life!

@Rena: Our happiness is a choice not a condition! Remember the scripture "This is the day the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad in it!" The Lord showed me a picture of you in hedge that was a maze. You could find no way out. You felt trapped but there is a way out. Where there is no way God makes a way. I believe He uses these times to bring change, maturity & trust in Him. As you begin to focus on His glory instead of your feelings He will lead you into the renewed, new life He has for you. @ TD: First of all thanks for that wonderful blessing and prayer! When I first saw your initials I was reminded of the TD (Toronto Dominion)Bank in Canada. I believe God has given you many valuable lessons that you are able to keep in your Heavenly Bank Account. Some of those lessons are very private & intimate & are kept in a Bank Vault for which you have a key (a specific scripture or promise). In terms of your Career, are you working in the Banking business now? I sense that Banking or Investments or working as a Stock Broker may utilize your skills very well plus bring a good income to support ministries God has let you to & will help with your special relationship also.

Hi Jane I'm wondering what the lord has for me in 2013. Feeling very frustrated and stuck. As if I'm not moving forward or going where I should be according to the dreams the lord has given me. I sensed that you could have called the CAA or other Automotive Association to pull you out but you had decided that you didn't want to spend the money to pay for it and nothing bad would happen anyway. Interpretation: You have not been investing time in reading , studying & meditating on the Bible every day and saw no really bad results from it except being stuck & unable to move into something fresh & new. @ Martial Parfait Mbianda: The Lord showed me a picture of a man wearing a brightly coloured, woven robe and I heard two words :"Schools" and "Wells". I have the impression that God has called you to literally build Schools and dig wells somewhere in Africa. This will require management, fundraising and networking with large organizations worldwide.Actually this evening my husband & I watched a story about American movie star Matt Damon who is bringing water to to the 1 billion people who have no clean water worldwide. Pray this vision that God has for helping people. You have quite a job ahead of you! I pray for His strength to sustain you!

@HKR: The Lord showed me a thick fog that covered your Living Room like a blanket that made it very hard to breathe. I said "God how can he get rid of this?" "Just tell it to go in the name of Jesus." Then I saw that blanket of heaviness lift of a vanish into thin air!I believe this is an encouragement for you to apply the name of Jesus to every difficult situation. God will empower you by the Holy Spirit! This is the year of being the head not the tail! Happy 2013!

@Judy: The Lord's picture for you showed you sitting in a big, soft chair completely limp with exhaustion. You could hear children & other adults outside laughing & having fun but you were just too tired to join in. Being a giver is a good thing but I sense that the Lord wants you to be good to yourself too. He wants you to schedule more time to just be with Him sharing your life & also doing some things you really enjoy (not just watching TV LOL). Bring home some take-out meals, get help with housework,go for a drive to a beautiful place and don't feel guilty about it! Ask for God's timing for all things & refreshing will come.

Hi Jane, I think I might have had a miscarriage a couple months ago but I'm not really sure. I know I'm not pregnant now, but I had all the signs before, then after a few days of heavy bleeding, they stopped and my normal cycle came back. I can't go to the doctor because I don't want my mom to find out, so I am praying that God will reveal to you whether or not I was with child. I'd like to know because if do I have a baby in Heaven, I would like to give it a name. I definitely would have kept it, it just would have been hard. Thank you so much for your prayers.

@B: If you had, or think you had a baby without being married I believe this is the first issue to deal with before it happens again. My husband & I lost two babies and I know the hurt & disappointment it brings. You just have to hand the child back to God and ask for His healing. If you are not a Christian, who has totally given their life to Jesus & confessed Him as your Saviour you need to do that now. Jesus will give you the love you are looking for & will teach you how to truly give love to a child & raise them in the love of the Lord. Praying for God's forgiveness & healing.
